Don’t you love those little heart-shaped candies with the messages stamped on them? That’s truly Valentine’s Day to me. Remember going through them and trying to find the right message for someone special? If God dropped some candies on us, this is what you might find.

REAL LOVE   Real love isn’t our love for God, but His love for us  (1 John 4:10)

HUG    God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself (2 Corinthians 5:19)

UR FORGIVEN   Not counting their sins against them any longer  (2 Corinthians 5:19)

UR MINE     You were bought with a price (1 Corinthians 7:23)

I’M YOURS     I will be their God, and they shall be My people  (Jeremiah 31:33)

ALL IN     I will never turn away anyone who comes to Me  John 6:37

KEPT      And this is the will of Him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those He has give me  (John 6:39)

FOREVER   … but raise them up at the last day  (John 6:39)

YOU ROCK    He rescued me, because He delighted in me (2 Samuel 22:20)

TALK 2 ME    Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you  (Psalm 50:15)

LOVE YOU     For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16)

NO FEAR   “Perfect love drives out fear.” (1 John 4:18)

LOVE SONG  By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me—a prayer to the God of my life. (Psalm 42:8)

BLIND LOVE   Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8)  

GOD LIVES  If we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. (1 John 4:12)

LIFETIME LOVE  For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime. (Psalm 30:5)

HOLD ME UP  When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, Lord, supported me. (Psalm 94:18)

SACRIFICE  This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. (1 John 4:10)

COMPASSION   As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him. (Psalm 103:13)
